Reddit launched a new video ad product. It's native video ads that autoplay in-feed and are designed for optimized viewing within the the website. They are available now to managed partners, but will be rolling out to all advertisers over the next few weeks.

The business social network, LinkedIn is introducing a new way for users to show their appreciation to someone. Kudos, a new feature lets you give a shout out to professional connections who are great team players, amazing mentors or inspirational leaders among other categories. Kudos are available on iOS and are coming soon to Android and desktop.
