Here’s Ottawa’s Twitter top 20 for September 2011, and for the first time every, I REALLY feel like part of community. That’s because I’ve actually started living full time in Ottawa and have taken a job at Thornley Fallis Communication’s Ottawa office.
It’s been a fun and busy month for me, and I expect this same might be true for a lot of people on these lists. There are some changes since last month with new entries on both lists. But some of the old favourites are still maintaining their rankings too.
It never ceases to amaze me how many people show up on Grader but don’t have enough influence to make the grade on TweetLevel.
Congratulations to everyone included on this month’s list, but remember, it’s all just a bit of fun. When it comes to Twitter, or any social network for that matter, the numbers are not really important. What is important is what value you get from your own community whether your aim is to keep up on the local news or to keep in touch with your high school friends, or any other purpose .
