Introduction to social media seminar

The Isle of Man International Business School hosts frequent CPD lunch hour sessions and I was pleased to be asked to present an Introduction to Social Media seminar yesterday.   We covered the basics: what’s it all about, why is it important and how to get started.   People from both the private and public sector came along representing everything from micro-businesses to large enterprises.  We had a great discussion which ranged from ‘Why should I bother’, to ‘How to blogs work’ to ‘Where does Facebook fit for my company’.  I really enjoyed it. Thanks to everyone who came out.
