Windows Vista got mixed reviews and created a healthy debate, it’s true. The next iteration promises to build on user feedback to produce Microsoft’s best OS yet:
“Windows 7 was built around your feedback, so you’ll see a lot of things you’ve asked for. You asked us to make everyday tasks faster and easier, make your PC work the way you want it to, and make new things possible. And that’s exactly what we’re doing.”
The BCS Isle of Man section presents Huw Turvey, an expert from Microsoft, who will preview Windows 7. Now is your chance to learn about the new features and get a chance to see the beta version in action.
It all happens at the Claremont Hotel in Douglas on Tuesday 21 April 2009. Doors open at 18:00. It’s free to attend and everyone is welcome.
