Yes, it was one year ago today that we launched this blog, Strive Notes. Along the way we’ve learned a lot about social media and online marketing and the blog has become an effective marketing tool for Strive Public Relations.
At times it’s been a bit of a slog keeping it up, but the effort has been worth it. We had nearly 20,000 unique visitors last month…up from only 70 a year ago. We’ve written 313 posts, have 415 comments, created 274 categories (maybe I should streamline these?) and blocked 6,781 spams.
We had originally created Strive Notes to foster a sense of community among Strivers, and I think we could have been more successful in this endeavour. Strive consultants do read regularly and occasionally comment, but seem reluctant to join in the writing. But we’ve certainly succeeded in raising our profile and adding value to business development activities.
So onwards to a second successful year! Happy Birthday Strive Notes.
